技术优势
（一）可用于处理高浓度废水，特别是对一些较难降解的高分子**物，但好氧效果不明显。
（二）*供氧，大大降低了运行成本，能耗仅为好氧工艺的10-15%，厌氧工艺产生可再生能源——沼气。
（三）污泥产量是好氧工艺的5～20倍。在UASB污泥浓度高，而平均污泥浓度为20 40gvss / 1。无污泥膨胀，剩余污泥少，污泥易处理。
（四）**负荷率高，水力停留时间短。采用中温发酵时，容积负荷一般为10-20kgcod／m3。D，与反应器体积和系统占地面积小，而且投资少。工程实践证明，厌氧处理比好氧处理更经济时，污水中COD浓度大于4000mg／L。
（五）无搅拌设备，由发酵产生的沼气向上运动，上部污泥在污泥床上悬浮在下层污泥层上，也有一定程度的搅拌；污泥床填充填料，节省成本，避免填料堵塞问题的发生；
（六）操作简单，操作方便，维护管理方便。

应用范围
该反应器能有效处理酒精废水、柠檬酸废水、啤酒废水、制药废水、沼气等**废水。

售后服务：
安装：该设备由两套水池组成，一套是钢筋混凝土结构水池，另一套是钢结构水池。钢筋混凝土水池埋在地下，钢结构水池可以埋在地板下面，也可以安装在地板上。本公司提供钢筋混凝土水池土建设计图和钢结构基础。
根据安装图，钢结构水池将由起重机吊运。安装时，必须由我们的技术人员指导。盒子的位置和方位不能放错地方。然后我们公司负责泳池之间的管道连接。
调试：本公司负责调试工作，在填料上生长了一层橙黄黄色生物膜，即灌装膜已完成。一级生物池中的微生物通过填充膜驯化，一级生物池中的微生物处于缺氧状态，使填料上的微生物转化为兼性微生物。然后，微生物可以适应设计要求。
设备维护：TT-CL1000系列污水处理设备应建立定期保养制度，主要易损件是风机和水泵。定期检查风扇和水泵螺杆的松动、填料的严密性、轴承的温度和润滑油的油、油含量，以保证正常的部件。同时检查消毒剂用量和剩余量，必要时调整剂量和消毒剂。风机和水泵必须保持每运行5000-8000小时。
对用户处理的废水进行了生物降解性试验，确定了设备的选择。

Equipment maintenance: TT-CL1000 series of sewage treatment equipment should establish regular maintenance system, the main vulnerable parts are fan and water pump. Regularly check the loosening of the fan and the pump screw, the tightness of the packing, the temperature of the bearing and the oil and oil content of the lubricating oil to ensure the normal components. At the same time, check the amount of disinfectant and the remaining amount, and adjust the dose and disinfectant when necessary. The fan and pump must be kept for 5000-8000 hours per operation.
The biodegradability test was carried out on the wastewater treated by users, and the selection of the equipment was determined.
