加热型过粉机heated powder mix round machine
由钢板和型材组合而成，内有螺旋叶片拌粉，毛刷除粉，发热板对石粉（滑石粉）加热温。工作室全封闭，无粉尘飞扬，还设有粉尘落下道流波塑管，并进入集粉箱，将粉尘收集起来，这样既无粉尘飞扬，收集起来的粉尘可倒回到工作室重新使用。传动设置采用电动机经三角皮带传到涡轮减速机减速，再经链轮条减速传到螺旋叶片轴，使螺旋叶片转动进行拌粉，采用电加热板对滑石粉加热，加热温度可调，其作用是使铜线或芯线干燥光滑。
It is composed of copper plate and profiled bar; there is a helix lamina for mixing round powder, and the brush is for cleaning the powder, French chalk is heated by the heating plate. The work area is closed, the powder will be recycled to the powder box and reused again, therefore there is no powder flying. Driven device is driven by motor, through strap to eddy current type retarder, and through the chain wheel to helix lamina’s axes to reduce the speed in order to mix round powder, the heating plate is suitable for heating the French chalk, the heating temperaute can be adjusted, the purpose of doing thes is to keep wire and core wire dry.
