挖泥船简介

u 该船适用在封闭少浪的近海和内陆河流湖泊施工。

u 按照企业标准设计和建造。

u 全船为焊接钢结构。三台液压绞车位于主机舱甲板，两支定位桩油缸位于主舱尾部。四个压载水舱位于侧附体前后两端。

u 整船可拆装，适用于铁路和公路运输。

u 发动机和泵位于中间主机舱，两边的侧船体作为燃油舱，压载舱和储物仓。主机舱为水密舱。

u 绞轴通过密封的轴承转动，由位于甲板上的高位机油通过压力提供不间断润滑。

u 专门为挖泥船驾驶员设计的宽敞明亮的操作室。全室周围向外观察无死角， 配备空调和可调节座椅，工作环境舒适。一名驾驶员操作所有监控仪表，灯光控制按钮和动作指令按钮。

u 挖泥船的水下部分采用海洋涂层系统和阴保护，可在海水中使用

General Introduction

l This cutter suction dredger is designed to operate in sheltered inshore waters and under tropical climate conditions.

l Build under enterprise standard with reference to ZC standard.

l She is of all welded steel construction, 3 hydraulic operated winches is in the front of the marine pontoon deck,2fixed spud on the aft. 2 double ballast (fwd and aft).

l The whole ship is detachable, suitable for railway and road transportation.

l The engines and dredge pump are located in the center pontoon, the 2 side pontoons serve as fuel bunkers, ballast tanks and store. Engine room and pump section are accessible by watertight hatches.

l Cutter shaft runs on roller type bearings in an enclosed shaft housing flooded with lubrication oil ,a lock oil tank to ensure a positive pressure inside the bearing housing is located on top of the wheelhouse

l The spacious control cabin is ergonomically designed with all around non obstructed view, equipped with air conditioning and adjustable seating, the work environment is comfortable. A driver operates all monitoring instruments, light control buttons and motion command buttons.

The underwater section of the dredger is protected with a marine coating system and cathodic protection for use in a saltwater environment.
