功能
多重SNP检测和高通量基因型
使用PrimerPlex，您可以设计SNP在旁侧的多重PCR引物、SNP在3’末端的ASPE引物以及SNPs在中心的捕获探针。PrimerPlex使您能够通过它们中每一个设计oligo，来检测一个中等大小的基因组序列的所有突变。检查这些引物和探针以进行复用，并显示佳可能的。
