The Technical Regulation applies to packaged drinking water(including natural mineral water)put into circulation in the territory of the Eurasian Economic Union.

包装饮用水必须以海关联盟EAC符合性声明的形式进行符合性确认。

Packaged drinking water is subject to confirmation of conformity in the form of declaration of conformity.

本技术法规根据2014年5月29日《欧亚经济联盟条约》*52条制定，旨在保护人类生命和/或健康、财产、环境、动植物生命和/或健康，防止在包装饮用水的用途和安全性方面误导消费者的行为。

The Technical Regulation was developed in accordance with Article 52 of the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29,2014 in order to protect human life and(or)health,property,the environment,life and(or)health of animals and plants,to prevent actions that mislead consumers as to the purpose and safety of packaged drinking water.

packaged drinking water related to food products,put into circulation on the customs territory of the Union and intended for sale to consumers,including:

**矿泉水（包括食用**矿泉水、**食用**矿泉水和****矿泉水）；混合饮用水；处理饮用水；**饮用水；**饮用水；婴儿食品饮用水；人工矿化饮用水包装饮用水的生产、储存、运输、销售和使用过程。

natural mineral water(including table natural mineral water,therapeutic table natural mineral water and therapeutic natural mineral water);blended drinking water;treated drinking water;natural drinking water;natural drinking water;drinking water for baby food;artificially mineralized drinking wate water。

本技术法规规定了饮用水的标签和包装要求，与欧盟技术法规"食品标签"(TR CU 022/2011)和欧盟技术法规"包装安全"(TR CU 005/2011)的要求一起，在欧盟关境内强制适用和执行。

relations arising in connection with the geological study,use and protection of subsoil of the territories of the Member States of the Union(hereinafter-Member States)containing deposits of natural mineral water,other relations regulated by the legislation of the Member States in the field of water and subsoil use;relations connected with the study,use,development and protection of natural mineral water as a natural therapeutic resource,including in the part concerning the issuance by authorized organizations of the Member States of conclusions.
