阴极保护交流排流设施测量
(1)将参比电极放到测试桩附近适当位置,如果地表干燥,则浇清水润湿,然后放置参比电极并与土壤接触紧密。将万用表调至直流电压挡,黑表笔连接参比电极,红表笔连接测试柱中的测试线,测量直流去耦合器管道一侧电位;电位波动时记录较大值、较小值和平均值。
(2)将万用表调至交流电压挡,测量直流去耦合器管道-侧交流电压;电压波动时记录较大值、较小值和平均值。
(3)在直流去耦合器接地较一侧重复上述测量。
(4)将万用表调至电流挡,串联在接地较与管道的连线中,测量直流、交流电流,或用钳形电流表直接测量。
(5) 用三较法测量接地较接地电阻。
Measurement of cathodic protection AC drainage facilities
(1) Place the reference electrode at an appropriate position near the test pile. If the surface is dry, wet it with clean water, and then place the reference electrode in close contact with the soil. Adjust the multimeter to the DC voltage range, connect the black probe to the reference electrode, and connect the red probe to the test line in the test column to measure the potential on the side of the DC decoupler pipe; Record the maximum value, minimum value and average value when the potential fluctuates.
(2) Adjust the multimeter to the AC voltage range and measure the AC voltage on the pipe side of the DC decoupler; Record the maximum value, minimum value and average value when the voltage fluctuates.
(3) Repeat the above measurement on the ground electrode side of the DC decoupler.
(4) Adjust the multimeter to the current gear, connect it in series in the connecting line between the grounding electrode and the pipeline, measure the DC and AC currents, or directly measure with a clamp ammeter.
(5) Measure the grounding resistance of grounding electrode with three pole method.
