空压机正确的换油步骤如下 ：
第一步： 开机并运行到正常温度持续一小时；
第二步： 关机；
第三步： 排去油箱， 冷却器和所有过滤器中的油；
第四步： 加入新更换的油至运转所需的较小油量(如：1/2容积)；
第五步： 开机并运行到正常操作温度持续一小时。在这一小时中， 每15分钟开启并关闭排气阀让机器在较高压力和较低压力阀门设置下循环；
第六步： 关机；
第七步： 排去冷却器，油箱和所有过滤器中的油；
第八步： 加入新更换的油至1\/2容积；
第九步： 继续第五步；
第十步： 关机；
*十一步： 排去整部机器中的油，包括冷却器， 油箱和过滤器。如有必要卸下管道以除去低处的油。清洁滤网，更换分离器和所有非*式的油滤器。检查进口过滤器被污染油覆盖的情况，视情况适当更换；
*十二步： 加入推荐需更换的油至运转所需的较小油量；
*十三步： 开机并运行到正常温度持续15分钟；
*十四步： 关机并排掉机器内的油。开空过滤器和过滤网， 但不用更换；
*十五步： 你推荐的油品加入机器至正常油位；
*十六步： 重新开机并注意油位。当机器操作时观察窗内会有约1/2油；
*十七步： 关机后的2分钟内泡沫能够分散至油位并且没有油从泄流阀中流出。

The twelfth step: add the recommended minimum oil needs to replace the oil torun the required amount;
The thirteenth step: start and run to the normal temperature for 15 minutes;
The fourteenth step: off side by side fall in oil machine. Open air filter andfilter, but without replacement;
The fifteenth step: you recommended oil adding machine to normal level;
The sixteenth step: Reboot and notice the oil. When the machine is operatingin the observation window will be about 1/2 oil;
The seventeenth step: 2 minutes after shutdown can be dispersed bubble to oil and no oil flow from the discharge valve.
